Terms of Service

These terms apply when you purchase from The Routine Bowl through our online store.

Orders and payment

Product prices are shown in EUR. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Delivery

We currently deliver across Malta and Gozo. Delivery is free and the estimated delivery timeframe is 7–14 working days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Returns

Our 60-day return policy applies from the date of delivery. To request a return, use our Contact Us form. Products severely damaged through chewing are not eligible for return. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

Product use

The Routine Bowl is an interactive feeding, enrichment and supervised grooming product. Always supervise use. It is not a chew toy. Use the suction base only on clean, smooth, non-textured compatible surfaces and test the hold before use. Remove the product if your dog begins damaging it.

Product information

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur depending on screens, photography and production.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse of the product or failure to follow the use and care guidance provided.
