60-Day Returns

We want you to be happy with The Routine Bowl. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 60 days of delivery.

To start a return, fill out our Contact Us form and include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will get back to you with the relevant collection or return-delivery instructions.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within the same 60-day period so we can help resolve the issue.

The Routine Bowl is designed for supervised use and is not a chew toy. We cannot accept returns for products that have been severely damaged through chewing.

Returned products must be made available or sent back according to the instructions we provide before a return can be processed.

This return policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
