FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A few things before you choose.

What makes it different from a regular bowl?

One bowl for three routines: slower meals, a licking distraction while you brush, and something to focus on at bath time. Remove the top for the grooved meal bowl; fit the ball topper for a smooth, dog-safe liquid treat.

What goes in the bowl and ball topper?

Meals: remove the top and add an appropriate portion of dry or wet dog food to the grooved bowl.
Ball topper: use a smooth, dog-safe liquid treat. Check every ingredient and keep treats within your dog's normal daily allowance.

Will it suit my dog?

The bowl is approximately 15.2 cm wide and 5.4 cm high. Check that it fits your dog's usual portion and that they can reach the food comfortably. Introduce it gradually and supervise, especially with puppies and dogs that chew.

Where will the suction hold?

Use clean, smooth, non-porous surfaces such as smooth tile or glass. Avoid grout lines, textured tiles and rough or porous surfaces. Press firmly and test the hold before adding food; recheck during use.

How do I clean it?

Remove leftover food after use. Separate the removable top and ball, wash with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly and let all parts dry. Clean the suction cups too. Follow the care instructions supplied with your bowl.

How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
